I'm not sure how much has changed since her last "month update"... she pretty much still likes the same foods and has good eating days and bad ones. She's "rediscovered" organic un-cured hot dogs and will eat two in one sitting, so hopefully that'll help her keep gaining weight. She's still sleeping very well (7 PM to 7 AM), and doesn't wake in the middle of the night 99% of the time.
She can now run and jump and she loves to dance. For some reason she's now obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba, but I'm not sure she really knows what she's talking about when she asks for it. We'll put it on TV and while it's playing she'll ask for "more Gabba". When we tell her it's already on, she gets upset and demands "more Gabba" until we rewind it to the beginning. So maybe she just likes the intro? She's still a huge Dora and Mickey fan, but Special Agent Oso holds a special place in her heart now, too.
Her language continues to amaze us and everyone who interacts with her. She thinks it's hilarious when she calls us by our first names, and it's even funnier when she calls Grandpa Michael "Mike". She's also obsessed with pointing out any time someone is not wearing a shirt or pants - it makes getting ready in the morning lots of fun!
We spent her 21-month birthday with her brand new second cousin Sophia and lots more of the extended family (after a trip to the playground, of course!)
She's learned how to pump her legs on the swings!
Abby loves her new cousin Sophia! She kept asking to see her pictures since meeting her on Friday. She calls her "Wophia" and talks about how much she loves her.
She was also happy to get to see more of her extended family, including people she hasn't seen in over a year! Cousin Sarah got covered in kisses!
Then she helped Abby track down a stray balloon.
